Possible Substitutes found online:

 

If not patterning, this yarn can be easily used with gauges 0-10. When patterning or making cables, 8-10 tension is the best.

If made a mistake, this yarn is easy to reuse again. I reused one skein 5-6 times while I was leaning this machine.
